PARKWAY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION- A MEMBER OF
WESCONA
West Side Coalition of Neighborhood Associations
PURPOSE: The Coalition aims to provide a venue for neighborhood and homeowners associations within its boundaries to achieve and maintain communications on civic and neighborhood matters. The Coalition offers a channel of communication with local, state, and federal governments. The Coalition’s purpose is to provide a means to preserve, protect, and enhance the residents’ quality of life within its boundaries and to provide a unified voice on important issues. WSCONA also coordinates with other Bernalillo County Coalitions through the Inner Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, individual advocates, and neighborhoods throughout the city and county. Our membership can direct their dues by majority resolution to assist communities inside and outside of our Coalition.

Welcome to Parkway Neighborhood Association’s Website
Sivage-Thomas began building homes in Parkway in 1991. A home association was not formed during construction of the homes in the subdivision. A few years after the completion of the subdivision, the Parkway Neighborhood Association (PNA) was formed by those interested in our community. Your PNA Board understands that by sharing information and staying connected, we can build a stronger community.
The primary goal was to ensure that the entryways were maintained and improvements added, to enhance the image of the community when entering the subdivision. The cul-de-sac streets and the subdivision’s overall design, provide a neighborly feel. It is the desire of PNA to maintain it that way.Now that the City has landscaped Ladera Dr, the entryways into Parkway should be just as aesthetically pleasing.
We encourage every Parkway household to join and support our efforts. The membership is FREE. Click on the CONTACT page for your interest and a membership form will be sent to the email address provided.
