The Community
Parkway Neighborhood Association (ParkwayNA) would like to keep you informed and connected with the latest happenings in our community. So whether you are new to the neighborhood or have lived here for several years, we hope that this website’s newsletter will be a valuable resource for you.
Membership Campaign and Donations on Parkway’s Website Year 2025
Becoming a ParkwayNA member is FREE. There are no imposed annual dues or monthly membership fees.
Supporting your Association is one step to achieving our common goals for our community. Donations help us operate the Association and to currently maintain the common areas and entryways. Monetary contributions from non-members are also encouraged. Go to the website Donations Page to demonstrate your support.

A new page is now available to join in as a member. By submitting your completed membership form, a ParkwayNA Board Member is notified immediately.

•Completion for Entryway Landscape Enhancement Project 2024
Entryways No. 2 and No. 3 were completed in December 2024.The landscape project enhancements started in September 2023. ParkwayNA was awarded a BernCo grant. Additional funding was provided by the City of Albuquerque from Councilor Louie Sanchez: District One.

Entryway Caretakers
To currently maintain these areas, ParkwayNA initiated the Caretakers Team YR2022. Less time is spent and the upkeep is manageable when routinely maintained on a monthly basis.
Go to the CONTACT page on ParkwayNA’s website and submit your interest to keep these areas presentable. Volunteer rotation is needed to continue the entryway’s upkeep.
Subdivision Trees
Dead trees are hazardous. Please inspect your trees especially those next to the streets, and trim or remove the branches that overhang from the property walls and fences.

New Page Added called 50+ CORNER
This page announces events for the 50+. It also includes eventful happenings for all ages. Local and surrounding area events are announced through several website links. Some of these websites have calendars to select the events. Check out the 50+ Corner. You might find something interesting to do or attend.
